We currently ship across India using trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and Xpressbees to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
(Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.)

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: ₹49-₹99 per order (varies by location)
Express Shipping: ₹149-₹199 for 1-2 day delivery (if available in your area)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

COD is available for select locations. If COD is available for your pin code, the option will appear at checkout.
COD Handling Fee: ₹50 per order (may vary based on location and order value).
Customers must provide an active phone number to confirm their COD order.
Repeated order rejections or refusals may lead to restrictions on COD purchases.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your order on our website under the “Track My Order” section.

Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time, you can contact us for an update.
If your package is lost, we will coordinate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
