You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

Standard Shipping: ₹49-₹99 (varies by location)
Express Shipping: ₹149-₹199 (if available for your area)

Yes, we offer COD in select locations.

COD handling charge: ₹50 per order
COD availability depends on your pin code. If it’s available for your area, the option will be shown at checkout.

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also track your order on our website under the “Track My Order” section.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
If your order is lost, we will work with the courier to arrange a replacement or refund.

Our delivery partners will attempt two re-deliveries. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. You may need to pay additional shipping charges for re-shipment.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.

📩 An order confirmation email from FlexFeel
📜 A payment receipt from Razorpay

If your payment fails, try the following:

Yes! If eligible, refunds are processed via Razorpay and credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Currently, we accept payments from Indian customers only. International payments will be available soon.
